A review of My Tool Box

In CVs or résumés, we generally like to spit out all the tools we’ve worked on. I can’t help but remember when I was working on the 6.0 draft (circa 2017)

Now that version 24.7 is in production, I thought to take this opportunity to provide a review of tools I used over the years!

I feel that Excel has become quite overrated.

I believe that if you can’t handle a task in excel, then don’t bother learning tools that were built based on it’s main principles or meant to simplify the interface. That’s not to say that tools like Tableau, Alteryx, or Qlik are not worth learning. They are tools designed for more specialized use cases, but for example, I’ve found that Alteryx is just a more visual Excel at its core.
